Findmyagent.com.au and its related entities is under no circumstances to issue a refund whatsoever, findmyagent.com.au provides an annual membership that is undertaken by the individual and is under these terms and conditions as read that the individual accepts.

Cancellation policy

Findmyagent.com.au and its related entities can and will cancel a membership if needed at anytime if it was to defame, encroach or to insinuate anything other than its sole intended use... 

Findmyagent.com.au and its related entities constantly monitors all 'Real Estate Agents' on its website, if findmyagent.com.au and its related entities was to find an un-qualified 'Real Estate Agent' on its website the individual(s) membership(s) will be terminated and the 'Office of Fair Trading' will be notified immediately.

If the cancellation of a membership was to be requested, it must in writing and by the individual who owns the membership. If the individual was to cancel the membership for whatever reasons the individual must contact findmyagent.com.au as soon as practible so that we de-activate the membership, immediately after we recieve written advice.

However the terms and conditions of this membership is annual and annual only, if the individual wanted to re-activate their membership they could do so if only it was to be within the 12 month period of which the membership was originally intended for.

The period time in which the membership was de-activated or cancelled cannot be redeemed under any circumstances, that period of time is therefore forfeited...
